The Consultancy Hub

The therapists within the consultancy hub have specialist knowledge in specific areas of physiotherapy and other therapies. They are a team of clinicians who can be called upon to give their expert opinion and advice as well as sign post patients to the best onward care if needed.

Rosie Reay - The Therapy Consultancy Hub

Rosie graduated from university of Otago, New Zealand with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with credit in 2008. Throughout her career she has gained experience working within the areas of orthopaedics, general surgery, rheumatology, care of the elderly, community, manual handling, hydrotherapy and outpatients musculoskeletal.

Rosie moved to the island in 2014 and has been dedicated to paediatrics since 2017. Rosie has a specialist interest in children’s musculoskeletal concerns and a broad understanding of the specific structures and supports in place for children and young persons on the island.

Rosie is very excited to be able to provide her expertise to young children at Ruth Cooil Physiotherapy.

Theresa Leach - Specialist Rheumatology Physiotherapist

Theresa is a rheumatology physiotherapist.  She qualified in 2007 from Sheffield Hallam University.  She has 15 years of physiotherapy experience working within a range of physiotherapy fields including musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurology and respiratory.  She has specialised in Rheumatology two years ago and is continuing to develop her skills and knowledge within this area. Theresa is looking forward to providing her specialist skills at Ruth Cooil Physiotherapy.
