While I was competing Ruth was a key part of my support team providing treatment and assessments when I was on Island and communicating with members of the GB Shooting Team,  often pre-empting issues which were shared amongst the various coaches running up to key events such as the Olympic Games.  This shows a great understanding of my specific sport and physical issues which may have restricted performance. 

As a Manx Commonwealth Athlete, competing at 4 games, Ruth was an integral part of the Islands team helping me to win 2 medals and become the Islands only competitor to do so. This reflects her understanding of competitor issues in pressure environments while carrying out truly world class physio support.
