Kat Jennings
Since graduating from University, Kat has experienced working with patients of varying complexities including those with advanced dementia, Parkinson’s, cancer and brain injury as gaining experience with patient groups with cardiac and stroke symptoms. She further went on to specialise in Frailty, an area that requires close multi-disciplinary working and complex care planning both in an acute setting and the community. Throughout her career Kat has instructed families how to operate a range of moving and handing equipment and has proficient understanding of moving and handling techniques. Kat has facilitated many multifaceted discharges, including patients who have reached a terminal phase of their life.
