Ruth has been my physiotherapist for the past 9 years and has been a huge part of my swimming career. Not only is she a brilliant physiotherapist, she is kind, caring and selfless. At multiple Island Games and Commonwealth Games I have witnessed Ruth work endlessly to ensure all the athletes were ready to compete. I can’t thank Ruth enough for her constant support and dedication throughout my sporting career.
